Charles Beinhauer is the current Chair of the Elder Law section of the Bar Association of Erie County. He also serves on the boards for both Alcohol and Drug Dependency Services and Kids Escaping Drugs.

He has developed and successfully negotiated a technique for preserving our clients' assets even after the changes made to the law by the Deficit Reduction Act.

Mr. Beinhauer graduated from Columbus School of Law at Catholic University of America and Georgetown University.
