David Pfalzgraf is the Past President of the Bar Association of Erie County, and Lawyer of the Year in 1996. He is President of the Lawyer Assistance Trust and Past Chair of the Erie County Elder Law Committee. He is a Fellow of the New York State Bar Foundation and Past Chair of the Lawyers Helping Lawyers committee.

Mr. Pfalzgraf is a graduate of State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and John Carroll University.
